Rupkala Engineering Work

We've been around 5/W in the Bhaktinagar Industrial Estate for a while now. Most people around the GIDC know where we are. It's an engineering shop, mostly handling whatever comes through the door that day. My father started this a long time ago, and we just kept it going. The machines get loud sometimes, and the floor is always covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, but that's just how it goes here. We don't really do the fancy office thing. If you come by, you'll probably find me in the back messing with one of the lathes or talking to the guys about a specific part. Sometimes things take longer than we want because a machine breaks down or the material shipment is late. That's life in Bhaktinagar. We just try to get the work done right so nobody has to come back and complain. It's not a huge place, just a regular workshop. We handle a lot of different jobs, small ones mostly. If you need something fixed or a part made, you just walk in and ask. There’s always coffee in the corner, though it's usually cold by the time anyone drinks it. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go in this industrial estate, but we’re still here in the same spot, doing the same daily routine. Nothing fancy, just engineering work like the name says. We stick to what we know and try to keep the lights on. It gets hot in the summer, but we manage.
