Patel Engineers (B)

Patel Engineers (B) is over in the Bhaktinagar Gidc area, specifically at Shed No. 38/Arajkot - 360002 (Gujarat - India). If you know this part of the world, you know how these industrial estates are. It is a grid of sheds and workshops, and ours is just one of many. It is a very practical place. There are no gardens or fancy lobbies here. The walls are made of corrugated metal and they get quite hot during the summer months. Inside, we have our machines set up in a way that makes sense for the workflow, even if it looks a bit crowded to anyone else. There is usually a bit of metal scrap near the door and the smell of cutting oil in the air. We are right in the heart of the industrial zone, so there is always the sound of trucks moving and other machines humming from the neighbors' sheds. We have a small office section partitioned off with some plywood where we keep the records and have our lunch. We have been here at shed 38/A for a long time. The floor is concrete and has plenty of cracks from years of heavy work. We don't really bother with making the place look pretty because that is not what we are here for. We just focus on the engineering work and getting the orders out on time. It is a noisy, hot, and busy environment, but it is where we work every day.
