Shalimar Engineering Works

We are located at 6-Atika Ind. Area, right near Khodiyar Motors on Dhebar Road (South) in Rajkot. Atika is a well-known industrial spot, and it is always humming with activity. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We do engineering work, which mostly involves a lot of manual labor and running heavy machinery. The area is usually full of trucks and people moving parts around, so there is never a quiet moment. We have been here in Rajkot for a long time and we know the local way of doing things. Our workshop is not anything special to look at, just a place with tools, benches, and machines. We do not use a lot of fancy English or corporate talk; we just talk shop. Most days are spent dealing with repairs or making new parts from scratch. It gets pretty hot and sweaty in the workshop, but that is just part of the deal when you work with metal. We do not have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just come in, see what needs to be fixed or built, and we get to it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish an order, and other days we are just waiting for materials to arrive. It is an honest living in a busy part of Gujarat, and we are fine with that. Just local people doing local work without any unnecessary fuss.
