B. M. Engineering Co.

If you go down Gondal Road and look behind the S. T. Workshop, you’ll find us at 30/24 in the Samrat Ind. Area. It’s a busy part of Rajkot, and there is always the sound of traffic or bus engines from the workshop next door. At B. M. Engineering Co., we mostly focus on the technical side of things. Our space is filled with lathes and various tools that have seen plenty of use over the years. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage the quality of the work when you can see every piece yourself. The walls are a bit stained from oil, and the floor has its fair share of scuffs, but that’s what happens in a real workshop. We get all sorts of people coming through the door. Some are regular customers from around Rajkot who have been coming here for a decade, while others are just passing through needing a quick fix for a machine part. We don't do much in terms of advertising; most people find us by word of mouth or because they were visiting the S. T. Workshop and saw our sign. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We show up, we do the engineering work, and we go home. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here, just a few of us who know how to handle the machinery and get things sorted.
