Philips Engineers

Philips Engineers is a small engineering outfit based at 3, Umakant Udhyognagar, right on Mavdi Road in Rajkot. We’ve been operating from this unit for some time. The area is full of workshops and small factories, so there’s always the sound of grinding and welding in the air. Our place is no different. It’s filled with tools, workbenches, and various pieces of machinery that we use every day. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know our way around a machine shop. We take on engineering tasks that come from other businesses nearby or from people in the city. There is usually grease on the floor and scraps of metal in the bins, which is how a real shop should look. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’ll likely find us right there at the machines. It’s a straightforward life, working with our hands and fixing or making things. Mavdi Road is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We just focus on what's on the workbench. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets done. We've stayed at this same address because it’s a good spot for this kind of industry. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the work.
