Our place is right off the Gondal National Highway-27 in Gondal. It’s a busy spot because of all the traffic passing by on the highway. We deal with display units all day long, so there are always these big glass and metal frames sitting around the floor. It can get a bit dusty with the road being so close, but we keep the main workspace as clean as we can. The guys spend a lot of time checking the glass for chips or making sure the shelves fit right. We have a small office area but most of the action is in the back where the assembly happens. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and moving heavy units. Sometimes the trucks arrive late because of traffic on the NH-27, and we have to stay a bit longer to get things unloaded. It’s just how it goes in this business. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, put on our work clothes, and get to it. You can hear the highway noise all day, which reminds us that things are always moving. We have a little break area where we sit and eat lunch together. It’s not glamorous, but it works for us. We focus on putting the equipment together properly so it doesn't fall apart when someone actually uses it. That's really the main thing we do here every day at Riddhi Display Equipments.
