Tgb Cafe N' Bakery

We’ve been here at Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Road for a while now. Most people know us from the smell of the oven when they walk down Amin Marg in the morning. It's just a regular cafe and bakery where we spend most of our time making sure there’s enough bread and cake for everyone who stops by. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a spot where you can grab something quick. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded during the evening rush, but that's just how it is around here. We try to keep things simple. My staff and I are usually busy behind the counter or back in the kitchen area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Between the baking and the cleaning, there isn't much downtime. But we like seeing the regulars who come in every day for their usual order. You’ll find us easily if you’re near Amin Marg. We don’t do anything fancy, just the basics like sandwiches, puffs, and some sweet stuff. It’s a messy job sometimes with all the flour and sugar, but it’s what we do. We just keep the doors open and the ovens running as long as people keep coming in. If you're passing by Rajkot way, this is where we spend our days. We just focus on getting the dough right and making sure the coffee is hot.
