We are located in suite 203 at Star Plaza, which is right by the Phulchab Press. It’s a well-known landmark in this part of town, so we don’t have to give many directions. Our firm has been around for quite a bit. We mostly deal with accounting and numbers, so the office is always full of ledgers and calculators. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except when tax season comes around and everyone starts rushing. We don't have fancy glass walls or modern art. It’s just wooden desks and shelves sagging under the weight of all the folders. We like it that way. It feels solid. The staff here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We usually have tea together in the late afternoon while we discuss the day's work. We don't use much software that’s overly complicated because we find the old ways often work better for keeping track of things. People come to us because they know we’ll just sit down and talk to them like normal neighbors. We don't use big professional jargon if we can help it. It’s just about getting the books straight and making sure everything is filed where it belongs. The elevator in Star Plaza is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs to the second floor. It’s good exercise anyway. We don't mind the extra steps.
