We've been out here on the National Highway 27 for quite a while now. Being in Bhojpara, right on the stretch between Rajkot and Gondal, means there's always a lot of traffic passing by our doors. At Riddhi Display Equipments, we mostly put together those metal racks and glass counters you see in local shops. It’s a dusty area sometimes because of the heavy trucks on the highway, but we just get on with it. The crew here knows the routine. We start early when the air is a bit cooler before the sun hits the roof. Someone is usually welding or cutting metal in the back shed. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical one with old tools and a lot of noise. We just try to make sure things don't fall apart when they finally get to the customer. People often stop by because they saw our sign while driving towards Gondal for work. It's a convenient spot for moving things around, though the trucks make a lot of noise all day. We’ve grown a bit since we started, adding more space for the machines. Most of the guys living around here work with us. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or meetings. We just focus on the display units and making sure they are packed right for the bumpy trip. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, which makes the factory floor tough, but we manage.
