We are located at the Shree Sahajanand Sankar Dham campus in Dhoraji, which is part of the Rajkot district. It’s a bit of a journey from the main city, but that makes it a peaceful place for a school. The area is known as Mahamantra Pith Fareni, and it has a very calm atmosphere because of the Swaminarayan temple nearby. Our school isn't a high-rise building; it’s a more open design that fits in with the surroundings. We spend our days managing the classrooms and making sure the kitchen has everything it needs for the student meals. It’s a lot of work to keep a school running in a rural area like this. We don’t have a big corporate team in suits. Instead, it’s just us in our regular clothes, dealing with whatever comes up, whether it’s a broken tap or a bus that won’t start. The office is where we handle the fees and the paperwork, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and people talking. Most of the staff comes from the local villages around Rajkot. We like to sit together during the breaks and catch up on the news. It’s a quiet life compared to the big cities, but there’s always something to do. We aren't into fancy slogans; we just try to make sure the school is a decent place for the kids.
