Punj Lloyd Group

We are based at 222 New Gujarat Housing Board in Surendranagar. Being in Gujarat gives us a different pace of life compared to the big metros. The housing board area is a mix of homes and small offices, so it’s a very grounded place to be. We’ve been operating Punj Lloyd Group from this address for several years. It’s a simple building that doesn't stand out much from the others on the street, which suits us just fine. We have a small staff who handles the day-to-day operations and we all know the neighbors by name. The weather here can be quite hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are running. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the business that comes our way and try to be honest about what we can do. Most of our furniture is old but sturdy, and our shelves are full of ledgers and old files. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We don't really like having too many layers of management. It’s just us, working in Surendranagar, trying to keep things moving forward one day at a time without any extra fuss or drama. It is a quiet existence but it keeps the lights on and the work gets done.
