Prompt International

We are located in Rajkot at 708, Aalap-A, which is near the Sarover Portico Hotel and just behind Shastri Medan. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy to look out the window. Prompt International is more of an office-based setup compared to the noisy factories downstairs. We handle a lot of the paperwork, sourcing, and coordination that goes into international business. It sounds complicated, but it is really just a lot of phone calls, emails, and making sure everyone is on the same page. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who are good with computers and talking to suppliers. The office is often a bit cluttered with samples and folders, but we know where everything is. We do not use a lot of corporate jargon because it just slows things down. We would rather just tell you if something is possible or if there is going to be a delay with a shipment. Being near Shastri Medan is nice because there is always something going on nearby. We do not have a fancy dress code or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and try to make sure our clients are getting what they asked for. It is a lot of tracking numbers and deadlines, but we have gotten pretty good at managing it over the years without making it a big deal.
