Patanjali Vidyalay

This one is Patanjali Vidyalay, and we are over at 1 Devapara on the Kotharia Main Road in Rajkot. The pin code is 360002. Even though the name is similar to other schools, we are our own place here in this part of town. Kotharia Main Road is a very busy area with lots of shops and traffic. Our gate is right there on the street. It’s a place for the kids living in the Devapara area. The school has a very local feel to it. You’ll see the staff sitting in the office dealing with the daily chores of running a school. The classrooms are filled with students from the nearby houses. We have the usual routine of morning prayers and then classes until the afternoon. The building is simple and doesn't have any flashy signs. We just focus on getting the children through their lessons. During the break, the sound of kids playing fills the whole street. It can be a bit chaotic when school lets out because of all the bicycles and parents waiting outside. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular part of life in Rajkot 360002. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a school where teachers teach and kids learn. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like it that way. Being at 1 Devapara means we are easy to find for anyone in the neighborhood.
