Mukund Industries

Our place is over at Shed No. 3 in the Khodiyar Estate. It’s tucked behind the Tata Motors on Gondal Road, so it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for it. We’ve been operating out of this part of Vavdi for some time, mostly handling small industrial jobs and making parts. The Yamuna Industrial Area is always noisy and moving, which suits us just fine. Inside the shed, it’s mostly machines and raw materials piled up. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit around, just a reliable one that gets the orders out on time. Sometimes the machines act up or a shipment is late, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We mostly deal with other local businesses who need specific metalwork or industrial supplies. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the equipment, but we know where everything is. The guys who work here have been doing this for years, so they know the quirks of the older presses we use. We don't have a fancy office, just a desk in the corner for the paperwork. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the hammers or the lathes running before you see us. It’s dusty, oily work, but it’s what we do. We just keep things simple and try to stay busy every day without much fuss.
