Mkgm School is right here in Dhoraji, which is part of the Rajkot area. The pin code is 360410. We have a pretty simple setup. If you walk down the street in Dhoraji, you can't miss us. It’s a local school for local people. We have been operating out of this building for years, and it shows a little bit in the worn steps and the marks on the walls, but that just means it’s been used well. We have a handful of classrooms and a staff room that is always a bit messy with tea cups and lesson plans. The kids here come from all over the neighborhood. We don't have a big bus fleet or anything like that; most kids just walk or get dropped off by their parents on bikes. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbor's kids because you see them in the playground every day. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy events. We just focus on the daily schedule. When it rains, we have to make sure the courtyard doesn't get too muddy, but usually, it's just fine. The teachers are hardworking people who live nearby and care about the town. It’s a basic, honest school. We provide what the kids in Dhoraji need without trying to be something we are not. That’s just the way it is at Mkgm School, and we are happy to be here.
