Mission School

We are based in Kotda Sanghani, a bit outside the main hustle of Rajkot. Mission School has been around this area for quite a while now. We’re not a big institution with fancy equipment. It’s just a local school where kids from the village and nearby areas come to spend their day. The building is simple and has seen a lot of use over the years. We spend most of our time just managing the daily routine of classes and breaks. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized with kids of different ages all in one place. Kotda Sanghani is a place where people know their neighbors, so we have a close relationship with the families around here. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the teaching and making sure the school stays in one piece. Sometimes the fans don't work or we run out of chalk, but we just figure it out. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’re just here to help the local youth get an education without making a big fuss about it. The school is a big part of our lives, and we just try to keep it a welcoming place for everyone who walks through the gates in the morning. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, but it’s home for us during the week.
