Minerva English Medium High School

Minerva English Medium High School sits right at the corner where Limbudi Wadi Main Road meets Raiya Road and Kalavad Road in Rajkot. It’s a very busy intersection, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. Our building has been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. We have classrooms filled with desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. The teachers use the blackboards every day, and you can usually find bits of chalk near the ledges. In the morning, the sun hits the front of the school, and that’s when everyone starts arriving. We have students from all over this part of Rajkot. They wear their uniforms and carry heavy bags. It is a high school, so the older kids are always talking about their exams and future plans. We try to keep things orderly, but with so many teenagers, it can get a bit chaotic during the lunch break. The hallways are narrow in some parts, and we have to remind people not to run. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything. It is just a practical space for teaching. The office handles all the paperwork, and it’s usually stacked with files and registers. People know us for being right here on the main road. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, helping the kids from the neighborhood learn their lessons.
