Our place, Midland Concrete Pvt. Ltd., is situated right on the National Highway at Plot No-8-B. If you are driving past Hadamtala, you can't really miss us because we are directly opposite the Vandheshwar Mandir. Being on the highway makes it easier for the big mixers to get in and out without getting stuck in small city streets. It's a lot of noise and dust here most days, but that is just the nature of working with concrete. We spend our time managing the batching plant and making sure the mixes are going out to the sites on time. The crew here has been doing this for a while, so we know the local roads and how to get things delivered even when the highway gets backed up. It's a practical setup, mostly just the equipment, the office, and the space for the trucks to turn around. We see a lot of people stopping by the temple across the road, which is a nice landmark for giving directions. The work is mostly about timing and making sure the trucks are clean and ready. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that, just some folks who know how to handle concrete. It's a busy yard and the machines run pretty much all day long to keep up with the orders. Usually, we are out by the plant checking the quality of the latest batch before it gets sent out.
