We are located at unit 13 in the Jay Krishna Industrial Estate, which sits behind the Vikas Stove building in Village Veraval. This is out in the Shaper area, part of Tal-Kotada Sangani. It is a long way from the main city, but it is a good place for making things. Our workshop is always full of the smell of wood and the sound of saws. We make interior products, so there are always half-finished pieces of furniture or decorative panels leaning against the walls. It is definitely not a showroom. The floor is covered in sawdust most of the time, and we have to blow it off our clothes before we head home. We don’t have a fancy office area; our desk is just tucked into a corner where it’s a bit quieter. We spend most of our time out on the floor actually building stuff. The weather in Veraval can be quite harsh, with the sun beating down on the tin roof, but we’ve got some big fans that keep the air moving. We make our own tea on a little electric ring and sit on wooden crates when we take a break. We don’t use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just look at the sketches, pick up our tools, and start working. It is a simple, hardworking life out here in the village, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
