Fortune Engineering

We are located right on National Highway 8, just across from the Mamadev Mandir. If you know where Gondal Chokdi is, we are pretty much right there. We share the neighborhood with the Lilavanti Party Plot, which usually makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming for the first time. Fortune Engineering is basically a workshop where we handle a lot of metal and machine work. It’s noisy and there is always grease on someone's hands. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. Just the shop floor and the tools we need to get things fixed or built. Being near the highway means we get a lot of traffic passing by, but we mostly focus on the jobs that come through the door. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded with all the projects going on at once. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now, and the neighbors at the temple are good people. We try to keep things moving and stay on top of the orders. It’s a simple operation. No big corporate meetings here, just a few of us working through the list of things to do. If the gate is open, we're likely inside working on something. It’s honest work and we like being part of this little stretch of the road near the Chokdi. The sun hits the shop pretty hard in the afternoon, but we just keep the fans running and get on with the day's tasks.
