We are up on the 6th floor of the B Wing in the "Pramukh" Swami Arcade. It’s right at Malaviya Chowk, which is always crowded and noisy. Cosmo Tradex Pvt. Ltd. occupies units 3, 4, and 5. From up here, you can see all the traffic down on the road. The arcade is full of all kinds of shops and offices, so there’s always people coming and going. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking orders on the screens. Being a trading company, things can get a bit chaotic when several things happen at once. Our desks are usually covered in invoices and shipping documents. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and take short breaks. The 6th floor gets a good breeze if we open the windows, but then the city noise gets too loud. We've been in this building for some time now and know the security guys and the other tenants. It’s a practical location for us since it’s central. The elevators can be a bit of a wait during the lunch hour. We don’t really have a reception area, just a door that leads straight into the main workspace. It is a busy environment with a lot of talking. We just try to keep up with the market and make sure our records are straight. It's a lot of work but we have a good rhythm going.
