Our office for Chashmita Engineers Pvt Ltd Baroda is actually in Rajkot, right on Raiya Main Road. We are situated near the Purusharth Medical Store and directly opposite the Amrapali Police Chowki. It is a very easy place to find because of those landmarks. The road is always busy with bikes and cars going past. We have a lot of noise coming in from the street, but we have gotten used to it by now. The office is a practical place. We have some shelves with old binders and a few workstations for the staff. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a lot of extra space for things that aren't necessary. Most of our time is spent on the Raiya Main Road site dealing with daily chores. The police chowki across the way makes the area feel safe, even late at night. We often grab something from the medical store if someone has a headache. It is just a normal, hardworking environment. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just handle the engineering side of things and keep the records straight. It is a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we manage. We are just local people trying to run a decent business in Rajkot. We like the neighborhood and the people we see every day on the street while we work.
