Bharad Vidyamandir

You’ll find Bharad Vidyamandir nestled in Indraprasth Nagar, right on the Gautam Nagar Main Road in Rajkot. We’re actually quite close to the Bhaktinagar Railway Station, so the sound of the trains passing by is just a part of our daily life here. Sometimes a loud whistle will interrupt a lesson for a second, but we’ve all learned to just keep going. This part of Rajkot is quite busy, with lots of small shops and houses packed together. Our school has been a fixture of the neighborhood for a long time, and you’ll often see former students walking by on their way to work. The building itself is a bit older, with those wide windows that let in the Rajkot dust along with the breeze. We spend our days managing the classrooms and making sure the kids stay on track with their studies. It’s not a fancy place with high-tech gadgets; it’s more about the books, the chalk, and the interaction between the teachers and the students. The Indraprasth Nagar area has changed a lot over the years, becoming much more crowded, but we’ve stayed right here on the main road. We don't go in for big advertisements or grand promises. We just open the doors every morning and do our best to teach the children who live in this corner of the city. It’s a simple life, focused on the basics and the local families who have been here for years.
