Our place is out in Plot No. G-2062, over at Kishan Gate-3 in the Lodhika Gidc Metoda area. If you’ve ever spent time in GIDC, you know exactly how it is. It’s all about the machines, the trucks, and that industrial air. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Avn Products is just a straightforward operation. We have the shop floor where the real work happens and a small space for the office tasks. It gets pretty loud sometimes, which is just normal for a manufacturing hub like this. The trucks come in and out through the gate all day long. We mostly focus on getting the orders right and keeping the equipment running without too many hitches. It’s hard work, and the heat in Metoda can be really something else during the summer months. We don't spend any time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. It’s an industrial unit, plain and simple. Most of the guys have been here long enough to know the daily routine by heart. We start early, usually well before the sun gets too high, and keep going until the shift is finally done. Being in Gidc means we are surrounded by other people doing the same kind of heavy lifting. There’s a rhythm to the place that you eventually get used to. We just handle our business at G-2062 and try to keep things organized. It’s not a flashy lifestyle, but it’s what we do every single day.
