Padavla Road is where we are located, right in the Shapar area of Veraval. We have been here for a good while now, dealing with export and import work. It is mostly just a lot of paperwork and checking containers. The office is not very big and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. Shapar is a busy industrial hub, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. My desk is usually covered in folders and old tea cups. We have a small crew of five people. We don't really have a big fancy sign outside, just a small board near the gate. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It gets very dusty during the dry season, so we are always cleaning the windows. We handle different kinds of goods for people. It is steady work and keeps us occupied. My nephew helped me set up the internet connection last month, so that is a bit faster now. We are just a local business trying to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Sometimes the truck drivers get lost looking for this specific road, so I have to go out and wave them down. It is just how things go here in Kotda Sangani. We don't do anything flashy, just the daily routine of moving goods.
