You can find us at the Jay Krishna Industrial Estate, right near Vikas Stove. We are at plot number 22. This area in Veraval, Shapar is pretty much all industrial, so it’s always loud with trucks and machinery. Amrut Technocast is where we do all our casting work. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect from a foundry setup. We spend the day working with molds and pouring metal. It’s not a clean job, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We’ve been out here on N.H. 8-B for quite a while now. The guys on the floor have a lot of experience with the casting process, so they don’t need much hand-holding. We just get the orders and start the production. Some days the heat from the furnaces is a lot to handle, but everyone is used to it. We keep the machines running and try to make sure nothing breaks down at the wrong time. It is a practical environment. We don’t have a flashy front office or anything like that. People come to us because they know we are here every day doing the work. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where the space is for this kind of heavy work. We just take it one batch at a time and try to keep the quality where it needs to be without making a big fuss about it. It isn't always easy, but we enjoy the challenge of a tough job.
