Hi Con Technocast Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. D-6 on Road No. 11. We are located in the GIDC Lodhika Industrial Estate in Metoda. It’s a massive industrial area, so it’s all factories and workshops around us. We’ve been here for a while, doing the casting work. It’s a tough environment sometimes, with all the heat and machinery. Our plot is one of many in this section. The roads can be a bit rough, especially with all the heavy trucks coming and going. We have a shop floor where most of the work happens and a small office area for the paperwork. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't here to look pretty; we're here to make things. The noise of the machines is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We start our shifts early because the afternoons get really hot. Most of the staff has been with us for years. We aren't a fancy corporate firm. We are just a group of people who know how to work with metal. Lodhika is a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where the industry is. We keep our space organized as much as possible, but it’s a factory at the end of the day. If you’re coming to Metoda, just look for Road No. 11. D-6 is right there. We usually keep some cold water in the fridge for the guys on the floor.
