Being right off NH-27 makes it very convenient for getting trucks in and out, which is good because we deal with a lot of casting work that involves heavy materials. The facility is basically a large shed where most of the casting happens. It gets quite hot inside when the furnaces are going, but that is just part of the job. We have a crew of guys who have been with us for a while and they know exactly what they are doing. There isn’t much in the way of decoration or fancy offices here. It’s a place built for work. You’ll see a lot of sand and molds lying around, and there is usually a layer of dust on everything. We spend our days making sure the pours go right and the molds are set properly. It’s noisy and dirty, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the finished parts come out. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing marketing. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people who know we are here on the highway. We just keep our heads down and focus on the casting work we do here every week.
