Spectra Cast Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away over at Plot No. 2401-2-6/ C on Road No. D-11. It’s right by the 1st Gate in Metoda, which makes it easier for the delivery drivers to find us. This place is pretty big when you look at the plot numbers, and it takes some walking to get from one end of the shop to the other. We do a lot of casting work here, so it’s usually pretty warm and there’s always a bit of grit in the air. The machines have been running for years and they have their own little quirks that only the regulars understand. Working in Metoda means you’re surrounded by other factories, so there’s always that constant background noise of industry. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone or checking the logs while someone else is out on the floor managing the pours. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the schedules so we don't fall behind. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of the road layout, but we usually manage to sort it out. We spend most of our time making sure the molds are right and the metal is flowing like it should. It’s just a regular group of folks working hard at the 1st Gate. No one here is trying to be fancy; we just want to do the job right at Road No. D-11 every day.
