Kabir Adarsh Vidya Mandir

Kabir Adarsh Vidya Mandir is based in the Saptgiri Colony area of Shrinagar in Raipur. The school is easy to find if you are familiar with this part of Chhattisgarh. We have been operating here for a while, serving the families in the 492014 zip code. The building is a regular part of the neighborhood. It’s not a huge institution with gates and security guards everywhere. Instead, it feels more like a local house that grew into a school. We have rooms for different grades, and the furniture is mostly wooden desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. During the morning assembly, you can hear the kids from several blocks away. We don't use a lot of fancy technology here. We still rely on books, chalk, and notebooks for most of what we do. The staff is local, and we often see parents hanging around the gate during pick-up time to catch up with each other. It’s a very social place in that way. We have a small playground area, but it’s mostly for the younger ones. The older kids usually just hang out in the corridors. We try to keep things clean, but with the Raipur heat and the red dust, it’s a constant job. It is just a straightforward place where we try to get through the syllabus every year without much fuss.
