Astha Laxmi Bricks & Ceramics

We are over at Plot No 17/404 in Ashoka Ratna. If you are heading down Vidhan Sabha Road, we are tucked away in Shankar Nagar. It’s a busy area, but we’ve made a spot for ourselves here. We deal with bricks and some ceramic items too. The yard gets pretty full with stock. Dealing with ceramics means we have to be a bit more careful with how things are stacked compared to just plain bricks. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been doing this for years. We don't have a big shiny office, just a desk and some chairs where we talk to customers. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they saw the sign near the main road. The dust is part of the job, and we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches coming out of the heat. Sometimes things break, that's just the nature of ceramics. We try to keep enough inventory so when someone shows up with a truck, we can load them up right away. It's a steady life here. We see a lot of builders and homeowners looking to fix up their places. The traffic on Vidhan Sabha Road can be a pain, but once you get into the lane near Ashoka Ratna, it gets quieter. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure things are ready.
