You can find us over in Rawan, which is a bit of a distance out in the Raipur district of Chhattisgarh. The office is right there at the plant site, so we are always surrounded by the sounds of the machinery and the trucks. It’s a very industrial kind of place, but we’ve made a home out of it. The dust is a constant companion here, and you just get used to it after a few days. We don't have any polished lobby or expensive furniture. It’s all about the cement here. Most of us have been working in this part of Raipur for a long time, so we know how the local weather and the roads can affect the work. We spend our time checking the loads and making sure the orders for the Chhattisgarh region are filled. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the drivers and the production team. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the break, just to get a change of scenery from the office walls. There isn't anything fancy about what we do. It’s just hard work and keeping the records straight. We are a plain-speaking group of people, and we don’t see the need for any corporate talk. If you come by, you’ll just see us doing our jobs like anyone else in this part of India. It’s a practical life, and we are happy with the steady routine.
