Ambuja Cement Ltd.Bhatapara Unit

This unit is based in the ACL Housing Complex in Rawan, which falls under the Baloda Bazar tehsil in Chhattisgarh. We are specifically in Quarter Number A-3/11. It is a bit of a trek from Raipur city, but this is where the heart of the Bhatapara unit operations is. The complex is a whole world of its own, with people living and working in the same area. We have our office in one of the rooms of the A-3 block. The Pin code is 493331. It is a busy place because the housing complex is right near the main plant operations. You can hear the hum of the machinery in the distance most of the time. We handle the local logistics and staff coordination from this small office. There is no air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that buzz all day. We keep the windows open for a breeze, even if it brings in a bit of dust. The work involves a lot of talking to drivers and warehouse managers. We have a regular routine that starts early before the heat gets too bad. It is a practical environment where we focus on getting the cement bags out of the gate and onto the trucks. Most of us have been here for years and we know the layout of the Baloda Bazar district like the back of our hands. We don't need fancy offices to get the job done right.
