You can find Santosh J Mhatre’s place in Panvel, out on Mira Road. We are quite close to the Kalan Samaj Hall, which is a big local landmark that everyone knows. It’s a busy street, especially when there is an event at the hall. Our workspace is nothing fancy, just a room where we get our daily work done. Panvel is a place where people still know their neighbors, and we like that. We’ve been at this location for some time now. Inside, there are just the basics—some desks, a few filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but it’s a nice enough area. We don't spend much on making the place look like a corporate headquarters. We’d rather just focus on the work itself. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but we’re used to it. We see the same people walking past every day. It’s a quiet kind of existence most of the time. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us handling things. People stop by for a chat or to discuss business without much formality. It’s how we prefer to do things. Just a simple office in a familiar part of Panvel. We usually have a bit of music playing and we keep a few plants on the windowsill to brighten the place up.
