At R K Patil, we are based in Prem Park, Ajmera, located in Panvel. It’s a nice enough area and we’ve settled in quite well. Being in the Ajmera part of Panvel gives us a good connection to the local residents. Our office is a place where we get our daily work done without too much noise. Prem Park is a recognizable spot for most folks around here. We don't have a huge team of people. It’s just a handful of us who know how to manage the business. We focus on the tasks at hand and don’t worry too much about being flashy. The office is functional and simple. We’ve got our desks, our files, and a kettle for making tea during breaks. Most of our day is spent dealing with local matters and speaking with people who stop by. We’ve been in Panvel for a while and have seen it develop from a quiet suburb into something much bigger. Even with all the new buildings, Prem Park still feels like a good, solid location for us. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that.
