Pratap R Patil

My name is Pratap R Patil and I run things from here in Panvel. It's a bit of a quiet operation compared to the big city, but we stay active. I've lived in Panvel for most of my life and decided to set up my work here too. It’s a growing place, lots of new buildings coming up lately. I don't have a big staff, it's mostly just me and a couple of others helping out. We do various tasks depending on what’s needed that day. It's hard to describe exactly what every day looks like because it changes. Sometimes I'm out meeting people, other times I'm just sitting and doing paperwork. Panvel has changed a lot since I was younger. The traffic is worse, but there are more opportunities now. I don't go for big advertisements or anything like that. I prefer just talking to people face to face. It feels more honest that way. If someone needs help with something I can do, they usually just give me a call or drop by. I keep the office simple. No need for expensive furniture or decorations. As long as there's a place to sit and talk, it's fine. We just try to do decent work and keep things moving along. It’s been a good journey so far, and I like being my own boss in my home town. I hope to keep doing this for a long time.
