My name is J D Patil and my place is located in Panvel on the 1st Main in Shreekanteshwara Nagar. I am right near the new Prant office, which is a busy spot these days. There are always people coming and going, so the street stays pretty lively from morning until sunset. I’ve been in this part of Panvel for a long time, so I’ve seen the buildings go up and the roads get paved over. My office is just a simple room where I can sit and get things sorted. I don’t use any of those big corporate systems, just my own way of keeping track of the daily tasks. It’s mostly just paperwork and talking to the folks who drop by to see me. Sometimes the tea stall down the street brings over a cup while I’m working. It’s a very local way of doing things, and I like it that way. I don't see the need for a big sign or anything flashy. Most people know where to find me if they need something. The walk from the main road isn't too long, and being close to the Prant office makes it easy to give directions. I spend most of my day right here, dealing with whatever comes across my desk. It’s not a fast-paced life, but it keeps me busy and connected to the neighborhood. That’s enough for me. Most evenings, I just lock up and head home.
