Asha A Bhagat

I’m Asha A Bhagat and I’ve been splitting my time between Panvel and the Akota area in Vadodara for a while now. It’s a bit of a distance to cover, but you get used to the travel after a few years of doing it. My work isn’t anything too complicated, mostly just managing things as they come up throughout the week. I don't have a big team or a fancy office suite with a view. It’s usually just me sitting at a small table with my phone and a few notebooks. Sometimes I’m in Panvel working from home, and other times I have to head over to Vadodara to check on things in Akota. The traffic on that route can be pretty bad, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. I don’t really do any big marketing. People usually find out about what I do through friends or just by being in the same circles. It’s a very hands-on way to live, always having to stay on top of the little details. There are days when everything goes smoothly and other days when I feel like I'm running behind. I try to keep it simple and just do the work that’s right in front of me. Being in two different places means I meet a lot of different people, which is nice. It keeps things from getting too boring, I suppose. It’s just how I’ve set things up for myself.
