Kiran E Patil operates out of the Shradha Building in Panvel. We are situated right opposite Gune Hospital, which is a big help for anyone trying to find our office. Usually, if you tell someone we are across from the hospital, they know exactly where to go. The building itself is a busy place with different offices and people coming and going. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. Our work keeps us occupied throughout the week. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we enjoy being in Panvel. The hospital across the street means there’s always activity and traffic nearby. We are used to the sounds of the street by now. Inside our office, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of papers. We handle various tasks and try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy during the peak hours. We aren't a big corporation. It's more of a personal setup here. We know the local area very well and can tell you about the changes we’ve seen over the years. Panvel is changing fast, but Shradha Building feels like a familiar home for our business. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show up, do the work, and talk to whoever comes through the door. That’s how we’ve always done it. It is a simple life and a simple business, and we wouldn't have it any other way at this point.
