Kuldip R Patil is based at the Shannaishwar Appartment, which is located in the 2nd Phase of the Hoody Village area in Panvel. It’s unit number 306. This part of Panvel feels a bit different from the main city, more like a growing neighborhood. The apartment building isn't a dedicated office block, so it feels a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate building. We have our workspace set up inside, and it works well for what we need. It’s mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. Being in Hoody Village means we are a bit away from the heaviest traffic, though the area is definitely developing fast. Our office is simple, with just enough room for us to get things done. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks working away. We’ve been here long enough to see the buildings around us go up. It’s an honest way to work, staying close to the local community. We don't use big words or make grand promises, we just do our job day in and day out. It’s a comfortable spot and it suits us just fine. Shannaishwar Appartment is our home base, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come to see us are from around here. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes we take a walk in the afternoon when it's not too hot.
