Manohar N Patil is located over at Godrej Plaza in Panvel, specifically in the Tata Lane area. If you know Panvel, you know it has grown quite a bit recently. This spot in Godrej Plaza is where we spend our working hours. It is a decent building, easy to get to, and it puts us right in the middle of things. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual setup with some chairs for visitors and desks for us to work at. It’s not a place where we put on a show for people. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Tata Lane can get a bit crowded with traffic, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the shops around us change. Some days are very busy with people coming in and out, and other days we just sit and work through our list of things to do. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our sign at the plaza. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the familiarity of Panvel and the people who live and work around here. It’s a good, solid place to be based. We usually keep the windows closed to drown out some of the street noise.
