We are based in Panvel, out on S M Road in the 2nd Stage area. It’s a bit away from the main hustle but still keeps us fairly busy. We don't have a massive sign or anything like that. Most people find us because they live or work around Panvel. The day starts with opening up the shutters and getting the place ready. It’s mostly just us here, handling whatever comes our way. The office is simple, with just the basic furniture we need to get through the day's tasks. S M Road can get some traffic during the mornings and evenings, but otherwise, it’s a manageable spot. We don't do much in terms of self-promotion; we just do the work that is in front of us. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get much done, especially when it pours down during the monsoon and the road gets a bit flooded. We’ve been in this part of Panvel for a while now and have seen many shops come and go. We just stay consistent. It's a lot of routine, really. Checking things, talking to people, and making sure the day-to-day operations don't fall apart. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. It’s just how we’ve always operated, for better or worse. Nothing too complicated about it. We close up around the same time every evening and head home to rest for the next day.
