Our place is located in the Chakan MIDC area, specifically Phase IV. We are at Pap-A-6/2, which is quite close to the Mahindra MVL Gate No. 02. If you know Chakan, you know it is a major hub for all things industrial. Unnatech Solutions fits right in here. Our office is more of a functional base for our technical services. It is a bit of a drive from Pune city, so we spend a lot of time on the road or right here in the industrial zone. The surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. It is a landscape of steel and concrete. Inside our building, things are pretty straightforward. We have got our equipment, our workstations, and a small area to sit and have tea. We do not have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We are here to work on solutions for our industrial clients. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of industry, but you get used to it after a week. Most of us have been in this field for a while, so we do not need much direction. We know what the day's tasks are and we just get to them. Sometimes we have meetings with people from the nearby plants, and it is usually just a quick chat over some paperwork. We like the directness of it. No big speeches, no complicated plans, just solving the problems.
