Z Restaurants

Puri is known for the beach and the temple, but we are situated right at the Z Hotel. Z Restaurants is the name we use for the dining area here. The address is just Puri - 752001, which is easy enough to remember. Being inside the hotel means we see a lot of people who are just visiting the city for a few days. The air here always smells a bit like the sea, which I like. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the kitchen and the dining room, and we try to keep everything running smoothly for the guests. It’s not a fancy resort style; it’s more for people who want a place to sit and eat without any complications. In the mornings, it’s mostly people looking for tea or a quick bite before they go out to the beach. By evening, it’s a bit more relaxed. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we all know how the routine goes. Sometimes the humidity in Puri can be quite heavy, which makes the work a bit tiring, but we are used to it by now. We don't do much advertising or anything. Most of our customers are staying in the Z Hotel anyway, so they just walk down the hall. It’s a simple operation, really.
