This part of town is usually quite busy with people coming and going. We have been situated here for a long time. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We show up, get the tables ready, and wait for whoever comes through the doors. Chakratirtha Road is one of the main ways to get around this side of Puri. It is not a hard place to find if you are familiar with the Mayfair properties. We are not a big corporate chain with a bunch of rules. We just run the restaurant the way we know how. It is a lot of work keeping a place like this going near the ocean. The humidity is always a factor, so we are constantly fixing things or painting.
