City Plaza Restaurants

City Plaza Restaurants is located inside the City Plaza Hotel in Puri. We are right in the middle of the town, and being in a place like Puri, we get people from all over who are visiting the temple or the beach. The hotel is our main home, and the restaurant is on the ground level where it’s easy to walk in. We don't have a very complicated menu; it’s just the usual items that travelers and local folks want. The 752001 area is always busy with pilgrims and tourists, so there is never a dull moment. We see a lot of families who are staying upstairs and come down for their breakfast or dinner. The building is a typical hotel structure, and we keep the restaurant part as tidy as we can. It gets humid here being so close to the coast, so we are always cleaning the floors and the windows. We don't have a huge team, just a few cooks and some people to wait on the tables. We try to be quick because people are often in a rush to get back to their sightseeing. It’s a lot of routine work, like setting the tables every morning and checking the supplies. We have been part of the hotel for a long time, so we are used to the rhythm of the town and the seasons when the crowds get really big. It's just us doing our job.
