Sonar Bangla Restaurants

We are located inside the Sonar Bangla Hotel, right on New Marine Drive Road in Puri. The pin code is 752001. Being near the sea means we get that salt air all the time, which is something you just get used to when you work here. The restaurant is a big part of the hotel, and we serve both the guests staying there and people just walking in from the beach. New Marine Drive is a popular spot for tourists, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a lot of tables to look after, and it keeps us on our feet throughout the shift. It isn’t a very quiet place, especially when the tourist season is in full swing and the hotel is full. We just focus on getting the food out on time and keeping the tables clean. The kitchen is always busy with orders coming in. I’ve been working here for a bit, and it’s a lot of the same thing every day, but I like the steady routine. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just run a restaurant in a hotel by the sea. People come in, they eat, and they go back to their vacation on the beach. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us.
