Makhan Bhog Pure veg Restaurants

Our restaurant is on C T Road in Puri. It’s near the Urban Hatt, which is a place many people visit when they are in town. Since we are a pure veg place, we get a lot of families and travelers who are visiting the temple or just spending time by the beach. Puri is a town that never really sleeps, and C T Road can get quite packed with traffic and people walking around. Inside the restaurant, it is usually quite noisy with the sound of plates and people talking. We don't have a very large space, so sometimes it feels a bit cramped during lunch hours. We focus on getting the food out to the tables. Most of the guys working here have been with us for a long time. They know the menu by heart. We don’t go for any of those modern decorations or fancy lighting. It’s just tables, chairs, and the food we cook every day. Some days the heat in the kitchen is quite a lot, but we manage. People stop by after seeing the sign near the road. We do our best to keep the kitchen clean and the service moving along. It’s a simple setup for anyone looking for a vegetarian meal while they are out in Puri. We are just a local spot doing what we know, nothing more and nothing less than that. The sea breeze helps a bit but the kitchen is always hot.
