We are part of the Mahabahu International building on Radhakanta Road in Puri. Being in a place like Puri, we get a lot of people visiting for the temple or the beach. Our restaurant is just a simple part of the setup here. We’ve been serving food for a while, and it’s mostly just honest, local cooking. We don’t have a massive staff, so we all do a bit of everything. One minute I might be checking a delivery and the next I’m helping out in the dining area. The street outside can get very crowded with rickshaws and pilgrims, especially during festival times. Inside, we just try to keep things orderly. It’s a basic restaurant with standard tables and chairs. We don’t go for anything too flashy because that’s not what we are about. We focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the kitchen stays clean. There isn't much more to it than that. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a big group comes in at once, but we manage. We’ve grown used to the pace of life here in Puri. It’s a mix of busy seasons and quieter days. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a pen and paper mostly. We are just a local business on Radhakanta Road trying to provide a decent meal to whoever walks through the door. It is just how we run things every day.
