Our company is Samaridh Champaran Farmers Producercompany Limited. You can find us at the house of Rahul Sah in Madhopur village. This is part of the Majhauliya block. We are a small group and we mostly focus on the farming activities right here in our local area. It isn't a complex operation. We just use the office space in Madhopur to handle the business side of our farming. Usually, we are out in the dirt or checking on the tractors. People in the village know Rahul Sah and that is where we keep our tools and papers. Farming in Champaran has its ups and downs, so we thought having a company would help us stay organized. We don't use big words or have a fancy mission. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the crops are good and sometimes they aren't, but we stay at it. It’s a very local thing, run by people who live right here in the block. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. We would rather just focus on the seeds and the harvest. If you come to Madhopur, you’ll see us around. It’s just a plain, hardworking group of guys trying to make the farm life work for everyone involved. We keep things grounded and practical every day. This is our life and our work.
